How to Use
Dulse is one of the most versatile and easiest seaweeds to incorporate into your daily diet:
Savoury Snacking: Tear off a piece and enjoy it dry, straight from the bag—it's a surprisingly addictive and nutritious snack!
Pan-Fry for "Sea Bacon": Flash-fry the leaves in a dry pan for a few seconds until crisp. They will turn a beautiful vibrant green and offer a salty, savoury crunch perfect for crumbling over salads, soups, or baked potatoes.
Garnish & Flavour: Tear the dried leaves into small pieces and sprinkle them over scrambled eggs, popcorn, or stir them into mashed potatoes (a Celtic tradition!).
In Bread: Chop the leaves finely and add them to sourdough or soda bread dough for a unique flavour and mineral kick.
