You can choose which 3 tins you'd like - if you don't have a preference then we'll send our choice of 3 from the following: 

1. Seaweed Salt (55g): Our best-selling blend. We take premium sea salt and infuse it with finely ground Guernsey seaweed. Use it as your everyday finishing salt—it delivers all the salty flavour you crave while adding a deep, satisfying umami that ordinary salt can't match. Perfect for scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, or rimming a cocktail glass.

2. Chilli Seaweed Salt (55g) Hot or Mild: Using our signature Seaweed Salt blend, we add either red chillies for the mild or Scotch Bonnets for the hot giving a warmth or a fiery heat to the salty flavour. Our Hot Chilli Seaweed Salt has won 2 stars at the Great Taste Awards. Try it like the Seaweed Salt on eggs or avocado for an extra taste sensation. 

3. Mixed Seaweed Flakes (40g): 100% pure, mixed dried seaweed flakes with nothing else added. This is the ultimate mineral and flavour booster. Use it when cooking stews, soups, or vegetable dishes to dissolve and infuse a profound savoury depth and nutrient kick. Perfect for bolognese, curries, or baking into bread.

4. Herby Seaweed Seasoning (40g): Our most popular flavour combination. This aromatic blend marries our finest seaweed flakes with classic garden herbs like parsley, rosemary, and thyme, plus a touch of roasted garlic. It's an all-in-one seasoning for almost anything. Perfect for roasting chicken, seasoning grilled fish, or tossing through roasted vegetables.

5. BBQ Seaweed Rub (50g): A mix of barbecue spices, including paprika, mustard, onion and garlic with smokey seaweeds.  We love it on cauliflower (roast it in the oven), or on other vegetables as well as steak and chicken. 
6. Vegan Furikake (60g): Traditionally including fish flakes, we've taken those out and added a hint of chilli for added flavour. Use as a sprinkling finish on rice or noodles.
7. Seaweed Dukkah (50g): Middle Eastern spices such as cumin and fennel are mixed with crushed roasted nuts and a seaweed blend to create a delicious flavourful crunchy condiment. Try it in the traditional way with bread and olive oil or as a topping for houmous.  It's also lovely in a chicken mayonnaise sandwich or sprinkles on a fresh salad.
