Our signature Seaweed Salt combines quality sea salt with seaweed, hand-picked from Guernsey's pristine beaches. This simple yet transformative seasoning delivers natural umami depth to everyday dishes whilst adding beneficial vitamins and minerals.  

The clean waters and perfect temperatures around the island create ideal conditions for nutrient-rich seaweed, and we carefully select the best quality varieties for flavour and colour.  Perfect for anyone wanting to enhance their cooking with a touch of island magic and, if you're new to eating seaweed - this is a good place to start. 

Ideas for use:

• Season roasted vegetables, particularly root vegetables and potatoes
• Finish grilled fish, steak or chicken just before serving
• Sprinkle over avocado toast or poached eggs for breakfast
• Add to pasta water for extra depth of flavour
