Our award-winning Seaweed Dukkah reimagines the beloved Middle Eastern spice and nut blend with a Guernsey twist.
We've combined toasted nuts, aromatic spices, seeds and our hand-picked island seaweed to create aa crunchy, texture-rich condiment that a the Great Taste judges found simply delicious. Each spoonful delivers a symphony of nutty, earthy and umami flavours. It works wonderfully as both a seasoning and a centrepiece - serve it traditionally with bread and olive oil or use it to add interest and crunch to everyday dishes.
Ideas for use:
- Serve traditionally with olive oil and fresh bread for dipping
- Crust fish fillets or chicken breasts before pan-frying
- Sprinkle over humous or yogurt dips
- Top salads for added crunch and flavour
- Coat soft or hard-boiled eggs
- Sprinkle over roasted vegetables like cauliflower or Brussel sprouts
- Mix into couscous or grain bowls
- Top avocado toast or crushed peas on toast
