Our award-winning Mixed Seaweed Flakes showcase the natural goodness of seaweed, hand-picked from our local beaches.  This blend of four seaweeds has been carefully selected from the numerous varieties we find in Guernsey bringing you a taste of the ocean to your cooking.  The Great Taste judges described it as 'simply delicious'.

Rich in vitamins, minerals and natural umami, these flakes cook beautifully into hot dishes or add a pleasant texture as a finishing garnish. 

Ideas for use:

• Sprinkle into soups, particularly miso or ramen
• Add to rice whilst cooking for subtle umami flavour
• Garnish poke bowls, sushi or Asian-inspired dishes
• Stir into salad dressings for instant depth
• Add to stir-fries, noodle dishes, stews or curries
• Blend into smoothies for a nutritional boost
• Mix into a homemade vegetable stock
• Try sprinkled onto chopped butternut squash and roast in the oven
• Delicious in spaghetti bolognese, vegetable soup or ratatouille
