Each piece is hand-selected and carefully dried to preserve its unique texture, intense colour, and full nutritional spectrum. What’s in the Bag? A Spectrum of Sea Superfoods
Our blend combines a mix of brown, red, and green algae, providing a diverse profile of minerals, texture, and flavour:

Whole Kelp (Laminaria spp.): Dense pieces perfect for making traditional stock (dashi) or wrapping and steaming fish. A powerhouse of iodine and umami.

Whole Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus): This brown seaweed adds body to broths and is historically renowned for it's high mineral content.

Sea Spaghetti (Himanthalia elongata): Long, noodle-like strands that are fantastic when boiled al dente and served like pasta with a light sauce.

Dulse (Palmaria palmata): Soft, ruby-red leaves with a mild, smoky, and naturally savoury flavour. Great for tearing and snacking or pan-frying into a crispy "sea bacon."

Whole Wakame (Undaria pinnatifida): Beautiful, deep green blades that expand when rehydrated. The classic choice for miso soup or a vibrant green seaweed salad.

Sea Lettuce (Ulva lactuca): Delicate, thin, bright green sheets that are wonderful when crumbled as a colourful, iron-rich garnish or used raw in salads.

Channel Wrack (Pelvetia canaliculata): Shorter, branched pieces with a pronounced salty flavour, traditionally used in the islands to fortify stews and slow-cooked dishes.

How to Use
Rehydrate: Soak a piece of your chosen seaweed in cold water for 5-15 minutes.
Broth Base: Add any of the brown seaweeds (Kelp, Bladderwrack) directly to water to create a nourishing, mineral-rich dashi or stock. Simmer, then remove the seaweed or chop and include it.
Vegetable Addition: Use the rehydrated Wakame, Sea Spaghetti, or Dulse by boiling, steaming, or stir-frying, and serve as a nutrient-dense side dish.
Snacking: Use the Dulse whole as a crispy snack straight out of the bag.
