How to Use

Using this seaweed is as simple as cooking pasta, making it one of the most accessible sea vegetables:

As a Pasta Substitute: Rehydrate the strands in cold water for about 10 minutes, then boil in fresh water for 15–20 minutes, or until tender but still al dente. Serve tossed with pesto, olive oil, garlic, and cherry tomatoes.

A Side Vegetable: Boil until tender and serve warm as a vibrant, unusual side dish, tossed with butter or lemon juice and a sprinkle of our Dulse flakes.

Raw in Salads: Chop small, rehydrated strands and add them raw to salads for a fresh, crunchy texture.

Stir-Fries: Add the rehydrated strands directly to your pan in the last few minutes of cooking for a nutritious noodle replacement.
