Furikake is a Japanese classic seasoning with its name meaning 'sprinkling' - just how to use it.  Sprinkle over rice, salads, noodle dishes or stir fries for a flavoursome crunch.  Traditionally contains fish flakes but we've removed them to make this a vegan seasoning and added chilli flakes for some extra spice. It's mild in flavour with seaweed, nutritional yeast and sesame seeds. 

Dukkah is a Middle Eastern seasoning - it has warming spices such as fennel, coriander, cumin and cayenne with sesame seeds, hazelnuts, cashews and almonds.  The seaweed enhances all these flavours.  Try it in the traditional way of dipping bread in olive oil and the sukkah or sprinkle on a salad or a nutty topping for roasted vegetables. 

As with all our seasonings - due to our minimal processes and as it comes from the sea there is a chance there may be traces of crustaceans, fish or molluscs.
