Herby Seaweed Seasoning

Our most popular seasoning and for good reason!  This aromatic blend features our hand-picked Guernsey seaweed (bladderwrack, serrated wrack, sea lettuce and dulse)combined with a classic mix of herbs (parsley, basil, thyme and rosemary). We add a sprinkling of other lovely flavours with pink peppercorns and garlic to make this a versatile all-rounder that brings depth and complexity to almost anything you cook.  We have many repeat customers and this crowd-pleaser has earned its place in kitchens across the world. 

Ideas for use:

• Toss through roasted vegetables - works beautifully with Mediterranean dishes
• Mix into softened butter for garlic and herb seaweed butter
• Season chicken or fish before grilling or roasting
• Stir into olive oil for bread dipping
• Add to homemade salad dressings and vinaigrettes
• Mix into cream cheese or Greek yogurt for savoury dips
• Sprinkle over jacket potatoes with butter
• Season soups and stews
• Add to scrambled eggs or omelettes
• Mix into pasta dishes or risottos
